Web hosting is the process of renting web space in order to publish your website online. NetBee websites come with 12 months of free hosting.
A domain name is a unique address that points to your website, such as www.netbee.digital. We strongly recommend using your own domain name for a commercial website.
It varies by client. A simple website can take a few weeks, while a large, complex e-commerce website can take three months. The timeframe depends on complexity, the number of pages and the content required.
The cost depends on what you need: page count, functionality, CMS requirements and content. Every website is unique, so the time involved can vary considerably.
A fair quote needs context. We need to understand your goals, required features, content, design expectations and support needs before pricing a website accurately.
Absolutely. If there is a design style you would like to emulate, or existing logo and brand collateral to work around, we will build that input into the process.
Of course. You just need to provide the relevant files so the designer has a strong starting point.
The rights to our design work belong to customers upon completion of payment.
We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. These are the standard hours where we guarantee a response, though we still do our best to reply outside those times.
Hourly backups allow your website to be restored to a previous working state. If backups do not solve the issue, we can step in and help.
It does not. Previous clients are still our clients, which means we support you for as long as you need and for as long as your website remains with us.
No problem. Send a message and we will arrange a meeting. If distance makes face-to-face meetings difficult, video calls are always an option.
